Natalie Rynard

Owner/Stylist/Nail Technician

Natalie has been w/ Tangles for 32 years, She received her Nail License through Empire Beauty School, and then got her Cosmetology education as an apprentice through the salon. She takes after a Mother and a Sister who both owned the salon at separate times until she purchased it in 2004. She has had extensive education in color, cutting and customer service (attending the cust. serv. training at the Wella Traing Center in NYC). She is certified to do Brazilian Keratin Treatments and has had certification in Bridal Makeup at the Phila. Conservatory of Aesthetics. Her hair and makeup work have been photographed for "Wedding Dresses" magazine 4 times. Her favorite services in the salon are any kind of color/hilight, or color correction and she also loves pedicuring! Her goals are to continue building a very successful team of stylists, Nail Techs, Estheticians and Massage Therapists to add to the ones that are currently on staff at Tangles. She enjoys spending time w/ her husband, two children and 4 amazing Grandkids! Her daughter, Taylor joined the staff at Tangles as a Nail Technician and became a Stylist a few years after that. Taylor is the 3rd generation in their family to be a part of the salon family!

Taylor Weary

Taylor began working at Tangles in 2010 as a Receptionist at just 16 years of age! Shortly after, she added the title of Nail Technician when she graduated from DeRielle School of Cosmetology and completed her PA State Board Licensing Exam. A few years later, (under the direction of her Grandmother who is also a Licensed Stylist/Cosmetology Teacher), Taylor completed an Apprenticeship at the salon and again took the PA State Board Exam so that she could become a Stylist. She enjoys pampering her clients with every service she offers. Creative nail art/designs are her specialty w/ nails and she also loves coloring and hilighting hair. She is certified to do Brazilian Keratin Treatments and has continued her education through beauty shows and in salon classes. Taylor is the 3rd generation in her family to be a stylist and says she loves working along side her Mom (Natalie) and all her amazing coworkers. She loves spending time w/ her wonderful husband and 2 amazing kids!

Stylist

Lauryn has been with Tangles since June of 2020, but she's been a Licensed Stylist since 2006. She received her License through the Toni & Guy Academy in Newton, CT. She is a former educator for Aqua Hair Extensions (and still loves to do them!) and she was also an educator for a color line. Her favorite services to do are Extensions,  Hilighting and Keratin Treatments, but she also loves a great total transformation! She loves the people she gets to meet in this biz and loves being able to share in some of the most important times of people's lives. Her top priority is making her clients feel pampered from start to finish! She loves learning the latest techniques of coloring and cutting and during her free time, she enjoys cooking, catering events with her husband, and spending quality time w/ their 3 kids. Her happy place is the beach!

Billie Jean Smith

Billie Jean has been with Tangles for 5 years and was employed at this same location for many years prior to their closing. Billie Jean is an amazing color specialist and loves taking on the task of total color transformations; she has unbelievable talent with bold/vivid colors! She is an integral part of the Bridal Team at Tangles and her skills at Special Occasion Styling are amazing! From bridal hair to prom hair, she keeps all the young school girls and the brides smiling from ear to ear! She keeps up with continuing trends in the industry by attending in salon education and product knowledge. Outside of the salon, Billie Jeans loves to do metal detecting and travels all over to find amazing spots to search. She also loves to spend time w her family and her 2 sons.

Jessica Coulson

Stylist/Nail Tech

Jessica has been in the beauty biz for 23 years!  She has worked in Carlisle for 19 of those (16 of them being right here at this building!) Jessica loves "all things hair", short/long/thick/thin-all of it, but she especially loves the world of color, dimensional color, hilighting , texture and razor cutting.   She's AMAZING at Special Occasion Hair Styling as well! Outside of the salon: she's married to her first love, Step Mom of 2 awesome kids (Owen 13 and Morgan 12) and her hobbies are gardening, reading, fitness, hiking, fishing, hunting/archery and family time!

Karla Curry

Karla has been in the industry for 31 years! She loves everything about doing hair but she especially enjoys coloring, hilighting, cutting/styling and also hair removal/waxing services.

Karla and her family relocated to Carlisle from the Punxsutawney area in 2007. She's been married for 30 years, has 2 adult sons that are both married and she has 4 amazing grandkids! In her spare time, she loves to read and crochet!

Tayler Wenger

Stylist/Nail Tech

Tayler joined the Tangles Team in 2022 and quickly became of the client faves! She has been licensed for 6 years. She brings a love of all things Cosmetology and offers Hair, Nail and Makeup services at the salon. She awesome at Special Occasion Styling and has transformed Brides to be with her hair and makeup skills. Tayler also loves color and hilighting as well as Nail Art on her Manicure Clients. .Tayler is married and has a beautiful little baby boy

Thomas Quintero

Tomas has been a Massage Therapist for 23 years, Tangles was blessed to have him join our staff when we moved into our current location 5 years ago. He is a graduate of Baltimore School of Massage in 2003. Tomas was born in Puerto Rico and has lived in Central Pa for 46 years. Outside of the salon he is a member of the Lions Club, he likes long walks on the beach and puppies!

Ashley Stouffer

Licensed Massage Therapist

Ashley graduated from Massage school at HACC in April 2011 . She joined the Tangles team in May of 2018 when we moved into the new location. Her favorite modality of Massage is certainly the Medical side of the industry, but she also enjoys the spa/relaxing side as well. She has always had a passion for the healthcare industry, but wanted to do it in a more natural way. In 2019 she took the leap to bridge the gap and became a certified Medical Massage .Therapist through the LMT Group. She says it is the most rewarding thing to experience someone struggling and then helping them get their life back to normal again. Outside of her professional life, she likes to be outside by the pool. Her and her family enjoy hiking, camping and four wheeling w/ their 2 dogs Indy and Bodie. They also love to take a summer vacation to the beach every year. She has been married to her husband Cory since June of 2017 and they have a beautiful daughter, Kylie.

Autumn Shank

Autumn joined the Tangles team when we transitioned to the new location on York Rd. in 2018. She has been in the beauty industry for 6 years, previously working at Sally Beauty Supply as a beauty advisor for hair, skin and nails. Her knowledge of products is vast and she is always keeping up w/ the latest trends & beauty hacks!

Autumn is a Front Desk Coordinator at the salon but also focuses on her duties as the Retail Sales Coordinator. Over the last few years she has been working hard at keeping Tangles' shelves full despite the product shortages and shipping issues going on. Autumn keeps up w/ education on new products by attending Product Knowledge classes at the salon, so don't hesitate to pick her brain about anything while you are in the salon! Autumn is married and has adorable cats that she takes care of!

Chanele Morrow

Front Desk Coordinator

Chanele is a Front Desk Coordinator at Tangles; specializing in scheduling and taking great care of the clients in the salon. She has also taken on the important role of being a Retail Sales Coordinator of our Award winning Skin care line-Eminence Organics, and our makeup line-Jane Iredale. She also makes sure that our (Lash Stylist extraordinaire, Lauren) has all the supplies she needs to keep the Lash clients looking amazing all the time! Chanele worked at our old Harrisburg Pike location while in high school and returned to Tangles in 2022 at the new location to better suit her growing family after leaving her career in the medical field. Chanele's favorite part of the job is building relationships with our diverse clientele and with her awesome coworkers! When she is not at the salon, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her baby girl and two cats!

Kelsey Cornman

Kelsey has been with the Tangles family since we moved to the new location in 2018. She had previously worked at that same location for 17 years! She is a Front Desk Coordinator specializing in taking great care of the clients' needs and is also a top notch Wedding Coordinator. She handles all the Bride and Bridal party bookings and she facilitates the (on location and in salon) bridal hair/nail/makeup services to ensure that everyone is happy and looking/feeling their best for that special wedding day! Kelsey enjoys the clients, all the beauty treatments and all things hair related!

Vicki Manney

Stylist

Vicki became a cosmetologist in 2002 and has had a passion for hair ever since. In addition to working in the salon, Vicki was also an educator for Nioxin Research Laboratories. During and after her stint with Nioxin, she also honed her craft working with our staff at Tangles as a stylist. After 2 years there though, Vicki married an Airman and they ended up moving away due to his commitment the service. She spent much of her time in their new state cutting those "high and tights" for the other airmen on the Air Force Base. Throughout the years, Vicki continued her education by going to beauty shows and attending classes to keep up with the latest trends and techniques. Finally, after years of traveling, Vicki returned "home" to us at Tangles!!! We were so thrilled and blessed to have her and her amazing talent and personality back working with our team!! Vicki's goal is to make everyone feel great when they look in the mirror, so whether you're looking for edgy and fun or simple and classic, Vicki is sure to WOW w/ her coloring, foiling, cutting and her special occasion styling ideas! Among hair, her other passions are spending time with her family and singing. Welcome back home Vicki!!

Laura Bouder

Laura has been with Tangles for 26 years! She's the quiet one of the bunch, but definitely one of the most highly requested Stylists and Nail techs! She loves doing both hair and nails and also enjoys continuing her education by attending classes at the salon as well as going to hair shows.

She is married with 2 wonderful sons, she loves going to the beach and just spending time w her family :)

Sue Kujawa

Stylist

Sue's clever knack for hair makes her a stylist that is highly in demand! She has been in the industry since 1985, but brought her gifts to Tangles in 1991. She got her education from Empire Beauty School and continues to educate herself by traveling to hair shows and attending the many in-salon classes that Tangles has to offer. Her favorite services are coloring and cutting and she offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere for her clients to relax and be pampered! Sue is married, with 2 children and they love to fish and go to the beach as a family.

Joann Dixon

Joann has been in the Nail/Pedicure business for 31 years and graduated from DeRielle DesignWorks Academy in 1991, she says it feels like she just started yesterday! She never sees this as a job, it's just something she loves to do! Pedicures are her favorite service, she knows how important it is to take good care of your feet. She feels like a miracle worker every time she does one b/c it is so needed and so appreciated! She loves making her clients feel extra special and pampered. They especially love how good their feet feel after she's with them for an hour! If you are yearning for an extra special, pampering pedicure, Joann is your girl!

Bri White

Nail Technician

Brii started at Tangles in 2018 as a Front Desk Coordinator. She honed her client skills by taking awesome care of their scheduling needs and making them feel comfortable and taken care of during their salon visit. She constantly expressed her interest in furthering her career in this industry, so with a few (ok, A LOT of) pushes and nudges, she started Nail Tech classes at Derielle in Mechanicsburg. After putting in the required hours, she took her State Board Exam and became a licensed Nail Tech in 2022. Brii quickly became a highly requested service provider and she has definitely succeeded in this new position at the salon. Brii loves making clients feel good about themselves and she has an amazing talent for nail art! Outside of the salon, Brii loves spending time w/ her boyfriend and their dog Luna!

Megan Keckler

Stylist

Megan has been doing hair for 18 years and joined the Tangles family in 2019. She has been an exceptional and integral addition to our family here at the salon. What she loves most about her job is being able to connect w clients so that she can give them the look that best suits their needs and also make them feel confident. Megan enjoys haircuts and coloring, from subtle changes to bright/bold colors! Outside of the salon, Megan loves spending time with her family, they have 2 beautiful daughters!

Rileigh Winchell

Rileigh is the newest member of the Tangles family and we are so impressed with her talent already! She is a recent graduate of Cumberland Perry Area Career and Technical School and is also a recent Licensed Cosmetologist in the State of PA. Her passion and love is doing nails and nail art so we welcomed her as our newest Nail technician at Tangles! She has experience in customer service, social media and nails and is looking forward to continuing her education and her career here with us. We are so anxious to watch her blossom!
