If you have chronic pain or pinched nerves, this detailed massage can help. We'll use deep-tissue manipulation to target your trigger points. This releases muscle tension by focusing on the deepest layers of tendons, fascia, and muscles. We start with light pressure to warm you up and finish with specific deep-tissue techniques.

Orthopedic Massage

30 minutes: $50

60 minutes: $70

We base orthopedic sessions on your needs. Through this process, we can treat painful conditions that impact your soft tissue. Our therapists will consider your musculoskeletal system with a range of techniques based on your specific condition. During your massage, we can release tight muscles, stretch shortened muscles and tendons, and decompress your joints.

Relaxation Massage

• 90 minutes: $100

This massage will help your mind and body relax. To optimize the effect, we use aromatherapy for your mental well-being and different massage techniques for your tension and stress.

Prenatal Massage

60 minutes: $85

90 minutes: $110

If you're expecting a baby and you're in your second or third trimester, your massage needs are unique. We use safe techniques without essential oils or hot steam towels to prevent discomfort and potential harm. We'll help you relax!

Medical Massage

$35 per unit (one unit is 15 minutes)

This massage targets your specific needs. You'll need a referral from your doctor, which diagnoses a condition. The doctor must recommend massage as a treatment. Then, you'll have an assessment with a medical massage practitioner to find the best techniques for your needs. Payment is accepted upfront, and we supply the needed paperwork and SOAP notes for your insurance provider. Check with your provider to see if medical massage is covered.

Hot Stone Massage

60 minutes: $100

90 minutes: $120

We'll heat smooth, tumbled stones and apply them at key points of your body. This maximizes the therapeutic effect for healing and rejuvenation. This is effective for stress relief, and some studies have shown cardiovascular benefits and anxiety reduction as well. Sinus, Tension, and Headache Relief Massage

We can reduce headaches caused by sinus pressure and tension with a combination of hot and cold stones. Then, with inflammation under control, we can do soft tissue work of the head and neck to control recurring tension that leads to chronic headaches and migraines.

Mu-Xing

This treatment relies on warm bamboo and rosewood tools for the massage. With this process, we can optimize your relaxation, reduce muscle tension, decrease stiffness and pain, and improve your posture. Mu-Xing massage is great to boost your overall well-being.

Myofascial Release
